What is the ID® Designer?
The ID® Designer is a digital tool on id.dk where you can easily customise and visualise workwear with your own logo, artwork or text – and then send a request to a dealer.
Who can use the ID® Designer?
The ID® Designer is for anyone representing a company, organisation or event – who wants professional profile clothing with your own logo, text or artwork.

1. Choose a product from ID®’s range
2. Add your logo or add text/artwork
3. Send a request to a dealer and get a quote
Which print method should I choose?
If you are unsure whether to choose transfer or embroidery, you can write this in the comments field at checkout – your chosen dealer will guide you.
Most ID® products support transfer printing, and many are also suitable for embroidery – it depends on the material. Under each product on id.dk you can see the recommended finishing method.
What are ID®’s recommended logo placements?
Placement depends on the product, but the most common are:
• Chest (left)
• Front (centre top of chest)
• Back (between shoulder blades)
• Sleeves (right shoulder)
• Hip or bottom edge (on selected styles)
What is the max. size for logo on chest, back and sleeves?
Logos, artwork and text can be freely adjusted within the dotted bounding box in the design tool.
addTechnical requirements and compatibility: Which files can I use and what does the ID® Designer support?
Which file formats are supported?
We recommend uploading an SVG file for best results – both for printing and scalability. You can upload: SVG, PNG, XML and JPG.
Can I use my design on clothes other than ID® Identity products?
No, the tool only supports ID® Identity products to ensure correct visualisation and high quality of the final result.

ID® Identity samarbejder med et stærkt netværk af loyale forhandlere i hele Europa, som tilbyder professionel rådgivning og personlig service. Derfor foregår bestilling via en udvalgt forhandler.
Hvordan får jeg et tilbud?
Når dit design er færdigt, kan du i check-ud vælge en forhandler. Din forespørgsel sendes automatisk, og forhandleren kontakter dig direkte med et uforpligtende tilbud.
Hvornår får jeg svar på min forespørgsel?

Why can’t I order directly in the ID® Designer?
ID® Identity works with a strong network of loyal dealers across Europe who provide professional advice and personal service. Therefore, ordering is done through a selected dealer.
How do I get a quote?
Once your design is ready, you can select a dealer at checkout. Your request is sent automatically, and the dealer will contact you directly with a non-binding quote.
When will I get a response to my request?
Response time depends on the individual dealer. Haven’t received a reply? Then contact ID® Sales Support at:

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, you need to order at least 10 pcs. to receive a quote.
Why can’t I see the final price?
The dealer prepares the quote based on your specifications – including design, quantity and required finishing.

Are the products responsible?
ID® Identity offers styles in organic certified cotton and recycled materials. Almost all products are certified with OEKO-TEX® or EU Ecolabel.
How is the product quality?
The products are made to last – both in fit and colour – even after many washes. They are functional, timeless and developed for long-term use.
