What is the ID® Designer?
The ID® Designer is a digital tool on id.dk where you can easily customise and visualise workwear with your own logo, graphics or text – and then send an enquiry to a dealer.
Who can use the ID® Designer?
The ID® Designer is for anyone representing a company, organisation or event – and who wants professional profile clothing with your own logo, text or graphics.

3. Send an enquiry to a dealer and receive an offer
Which print type should I choose?
If you are unsure about transfer type or embroidery, you can write it in the comment field at checkout – your chosen dealer will assist you further.
Most ID® products support transfer printing, and many are also suitable for embroidery – it depends on the material. Under each product on id.dk you can see the recommended decoration type.
What are ID®’s recommended logo placements?
Placement depends on the product, but the most common are:
• Chest (left)
• Front (centred top of chest)
• Back (between the shoulder blades)
• Sleeves (right shoulder)
• Hip or lower edge (on selected styles)
What is the maximum size for logos on chest, back and sleeves?
Logos, graphics and text can be freely adjusted within the dotted bounding box in the design tool.
addTechnical requirements and compatibility: Which files can I use, and what does the ID® Designer support?
Which file formats are supported?
We recommend uploading an SVG file for the best result – both for printing and scalability. You can upload: SVG, PNG, XML and JPG.
Can I use my design on clothing other than ID® Identity products?
No, the tool only supports products from ID® Identity to ensure correct visualisation and high quality in the final result.
addRequest and ordering: How do I send a request and place an order?
Why can’t I order directly in the ID® Designer?
ID® Identity works with a strong network of loyal dealers across Europe who offer professional advice and personal service. Therefore, orders are handled through a selected dealer.
How do I get an offer?
When your design is ready, you can select a dealer at checkout. Your enquiry is sent automatically, and the dealer will contact you directly with a non-binding offer.
When will I get a reply to my enquiry?
The response time depends on the individual dealer. Haven’t received a reply? Then contact ID® Sales Support at:

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, you must order at least 10 items to receive an offer.
Why can’t I see the final price?
The dealer prepares the offer based on your specifications – including design, quantity and chosen decoration.
addDesign and approval: How is my design approved and quality-checked?
Can I view and adjust my design continuously?
Yes – when you send the design to yourself (or a colleague), you will receive an email with a direct link. You can edit the design as long as you haven’t sent an enquiry to a dealer.
Once the enquiry has been sent, the dealer takes over the editing and can help you with any adjustments.
Who can see my design?
Only you and the dealer you choose to contact have access to your design. It is not shared with others.
Can I get advice on design and placement?
Yes – your chosen dealer can help you adjust placement, sizes or decoration type if you want input.
Is anyone quality-checking my design before production?
Yes – the dealer always reviews your design before it goes into production. They ensure that logo, placement and file quality are suitable for printing or embroidery.
You will be contacted if changes are needed – and must approve the final draft before production starts.

Are the products responsible?
ID® Identity offers styles in organically certified cotton and recycled materials. Almost all products are certified with OEKO-TEX® or the EU Ecolabel.
What is the quality of the products?
The products are made to last – both in fit and colour – even after many washes. They are functional, timeless and developed for long-term use.
