EU Ecolabel sets requirements for the entire product lifecycle – from raw materials and production to quality and durability. The requirements are defined at EU level, include limitations on harmful substances and responsible production, and are verified through independent inspection. Clothing labelled with the EU Ecolabel can therefore be documented as suitable for professional use, with respect for both people and the environment.
